Admitted to the California State Bar in 1976, Henry has been practicing law for nearly forty years. A graduate of Bridgeport University, and Tulane Law School, Henry has practiced law in both California and Louisiana. Before entering private practice Henry worked as a prosecutor in the Treasury Department specializing in Tax litigation, and later as an assistant United States Attorney with the Justice Department, as well as White House aide under President Carter. Before founding Wykowski & Associates Henry served as a partner at the Palo Alto based firm of Mohjer – Pooley.

Chris has been with the firm for over a decade. He manages the firm’s corporate, transactional, and tax planning practices, and serves as outside general counsel to a number of thriving businesses. He has become one of the foremost authorities on Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Raises in emerging California industries.

Kat Allen
Attorney
A graduate of UC Irvine Law Kat went on to receive an LLM from NYU. As a specialist on IRC Section 280E and its application, scope, and structuring implications, Kat drafts briefs for tax court and federal appellate litigation. She performs tax due diligence on buy-side acquisitions and provides advice to clients on international and federal matters as well as state and local concerns. Kat is a regular contributor to the academic journal Tax Notes.
